Our Work Gallery
“As a person works, it should not be their own voice that tells of their greatness, But rather it should be the deeds of their hands, the footprints in the sand, the gratitude of every person they’ve touched, and the fact that everywhere they go becomes a better place once they have left. That should be the testament of their greatness” ~ De’yron Tabb
Our Objectives are very clear:
THE U.I.O.W. COALITION FOR A GREATER WNY’S MISSION IS TO SHOW HOW GROUP ECONOMICS CAN PROVIDE A TREMENDOUS OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD AND BEAUTIFY OUR COMMUNITIES BY INCORPORATING UNIQUE PRINCIPALS INTO THE LIVES OF OUR YOUTH AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS.
IT IS OUR GOAL TO:
-
EMPLOY YOUTH WITHIN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD
-
GIVE BACK TO COMMUNITY MEMBERS WHO ARE IN MOST NEED
-
RAISE THE PURCHASING POWER TO BUY BACK OUR COMMUNITY
-
EDUCATE RESIDENTS AND YOUTH ON THE POWER OF BEING A TRUE COMMUNITY
-
BUILD, GROW, OR SUSTAIN LOCAL BUSINESSES WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY
-
PROVIDE ACCESS TO HEALTHY FOODS FOR OUR COMMUNITY
We believe small contributions from a multitude of like-minded individuals, will be the beginning to re-building the framework that will re-establish a sense of pride, love, appreciation, and respect in our youth and in our communities.
Andrew Carnegie once stated “Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.”
What We Do
Community Clean Ups
We begin to cultivate a sense of pride in the minds of our youth and community members by showing how a small impact can go a long way. Lawn Mowing, raking, shoveling, and so much more are incorporated into our events, so we can show how a clean neighborhood and close neighborhood can produces a better sense of clarity and direction.

Testimonials
Deyron Tabb has been a positive influence on me and a perfect mentor. He has helped me a whole lot, in many different ways. I can honestly say that he actually took the time to sit down and work with me and help me plan out my three main goals in life, and how we can pursue my dreams. Notice that I said we. Deyron Actually will work with you for how ever long it takes him.
Deyron Tabb and the U.I.O.W. Coalition really helped me, my family, and my mother. They were able to come in when I really needed it the most, and guide me, help me, and even land me a job. They taught me about community, and what it means to be a benefit to the street I live on.
Deyron has helped me in my life become a better older brother and has been like an older brother to me and is also helping other young men like me by showing us that there is more to life than these streets, gangs, drugs, etc… .Thank you Deyron for changing my life and many others like mine.
Deyron Tabb and I met three and a half years ago when I became his neighbor. He was immediately friendly, and helped me feel welcome in a new neighborhood. He offered to lend a hand on any project at the house, an offer he may regret, since he’s helped me more often that either. That’s when I could reach him. Deyron Tabb is the busiest and most hardworking person I know in Buffalo. Often working several jobs at once, finishing his own renovations, when he’s not helping others on theirs, volunteering with organizations in our community, and mentoring children and teenagers in the neighborhood.
Ok. Rating is a 5/5 obviously. We met early on when I was just fixing up my house and he immediately offered to help just after we met. From there he provided encouragement and much help on my journey to get this house done. I’m constantly impressed with his work to better the community, especially his mentoring with the youth who have no other means to get back on the right track. I know that if they listen and stay on the right path, Deyron’s work with them will be life changing, and will set them up for long term success because he has a good heart, and a great vision.
